Our inspiration for class is… Clean slates and fresh starts!
Focus: Circulation (Lymph, Blood, Oxygen– you name it!), Hip Opening, Lunges, Release!
Like so many of us, I am in a state of transition right now. Letting go– starting anew. So timely… as the summer yields to fall. In the spirit of change; tomorrow’s class will dovetail nicely with last week’s focus on hip-opening and lunges. Together, we’ll explore a variety of playful dynamic movements and self-massage that encourages circulation and invites release!
Suggested Props Include: Your Mat / 2 Blankets / 2 Blocks / Chair / A Wall (or something to lean against) / Eye Cover / Your cool beverage of choice!
I encourage you to curate and enhance your own Yoga space to include any personal touches that are soothing or supportive for you! These might include: a favorite cozy throw or weighted blanket, a pair of fuzzy socks, a warm sweater, a snuggly pet, a cup of tea, or even some soft music.
As always, I invite you to remain in Savasana to rest for as long as you have.
