Have you ever wondered when exactly you started believing that alcohol helps you relax, makes life more fun, makes you more likable, is necessary for every wedding/party/holiday, etc?
I know for years I didn’t even question whether or not alcohol really helped me cope with stress, have fun, or whatever … I just assumed it was true because it’s what I always believed.
But once I started examining these beliefs… THAT is when I was on my way to regaining control over my drinking 🔥
