Begin in a plank position with one weight next to one hand.
Bend the knees and shift your weight back so your glutes are at your heels, you arms fully extended in front of you. Drag the weight back toward your foot on the same side.
Return to a plank position. Push back again, this time grabbing the weight with the opposite hand and dragging it across your body so the weight is now in front of your opposite hand.
From here, enter into a world’s greatest stretch position by stepping the foot (same side as the weight) to the outside of your hand. Take the hand closest to your foot and raise it up towards the ceiling, trying to bring your chest towards your knee at the same time. Hold and breathe for a few seconds.
Place the.hand back on the ground and step the foot back. This is one repetition. Repeat, alternating sides.
