“G.O.A.T.” Do you know what it stands for? Who do you think is the greatest? In answer to that question in today’s story from Mark’s life of Jesus, Jesus takes a little child and holds it in his arms as he surprises the disciples with his answer. The liturgy, music, prayers, and proclamation seek to interpret and support our hearing and understanding of Mark 9:30-37.

8:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. Traditional Worship (Sanctuary) is being led by the Reverends John DeBevoise (preaching) and Nicole Partin Abdnour (liturgist); Nancy Callahan, Music Director. Piano Music is by Madeline Maney, with PCPC Women’s Ensemble.

The flowers in the Chancel are dedicated to the glory of God and are given and are given to welcome Judith and Keith Maurer back from Ireland and to help celebrate their 52nd wedding anniversary by Paula Wilson.
